Shipping Costs

Free UK & International delivery on orders over £50

Shipping Terms

We ship your Goods by courier delivery or by post (the Royal Mail), all Goods shipped are sent using a registered delivery service and require a signature on delivery.

Delivery charges and options for your Order will be calculated and shown at time of Checkout. We will deliver your Order to the delivery address provided on the Order Form. We cannot deliver items within the same Order to multiple addresses.

Delivery times are estimated and may vary - delivery is dependent on external factors such as weather, public holidays and other courier issues.

Deliveries will be made to your door. We are not responsible for any additional carrying or positioning of Goods delivered.

UK Shipping

We now offer free UK delivery on all orders over £50.
For orders under £50, our Standard service is £3.00.

All UK orders are sent using our Standard service which is generally delivered within 2-3 working days (Monday-Friday).

Orders are sent by either Royal Mail on a Recorded Service or by UPS, who will deliver your parcel any time between 9am and 6pm. Upon despatch, you will receive a tracking number which can be used to track your delivery at www.royalmail.com or www.ups.com.

Rural and UK non-mainland locations may experience slight delays in delivery.

International Shipping

We now offer free International delivery on all orders over £50.
For orders under £50, our Standard service fee is charged.

All International orders are sent using our Standard service which is generally delivered within 2-14 working days (Monday-Friday).

Orders are sent with Royal Mail on an International Recorded Service. Upon despatch, you will receive a tracking number which can be used to track your delivery at both www.royalmail.com and via your national postal service (once your order reaches your country).

In certain circumstances, we may use other couriers to deliver your parcel. If this is the case, we will notify you of the courier to be used and the estimated shipping time.

We are not responsible for import duties, taxes or additional carriage or handling costs imposed by local shipping/handling agents. Customs charges vary dependant on the import country and we cannot unfortunately offer advice on these fees; for further information regarding customs and import duties, please contact your local customs office. Orders are declared at the full amount.

Timings

For Orders placed Monday to Friday, we endeavour to dispatch your Goods within 48 hours of Order Confirmation.

For Orders placed on Weekends and Bank Holidays, we endeavour to dispatch your Products within 48 hours of the next working day after Order Confirmation.

Please contact us if you have any urgent deadlines and we will do our best to meet your requirements.

From time to time delays beyond our control may occur, in these rare cases we will use our reasonable endeavours to fulfil, dispatch and deliver your Goods within 10 working days of date of Order Confirmation. Estimated delivery times given at the time of placing an Order are estimates only and do not equate to a guarantee.

If you have ordered several items at one time, we may deliver items on different days and using different carriers or by post. Whenever possible we will combine Goods into a single shipment.

You may cancel your Order at any time prior to delivery, please review the "Return Policy" for more information.

Insurance

Title to and risk of loss of your Goods will pass to you on delivery of the Goods, provided the Order has been paid in full and has been correctly fulfilled. We will not accept any liability for loss, damage or destruction of Goods after they have been delivered.

If you have specified a different recipient or destination to your billing address (for example gifts or delivery to your office), then you accept that we are not responsible for failed delivery attempts, incorrect delivery, or liability for loss, damage or destruction of Goods.

Tracking

We will, whenever possible, supply you with a tracking number or other means of tracking the current status of your shipment. Upon delivery of the Goods to our carrier we will send you a confirmation of shipment by email to the address you have supplied on the Order Form, along with details of your shipment and the necessary means of tracking it's current status (when applicable).

Certain items may ship by post and cannot be tracked once they have entered the postal system. All other shipments use carrier delivery for maximum security and tracking.

Payment

We accept payment by PayPal and all major debit/credit cards (including Visa, MasterCard, EuroCard, Discover, American Express and Maestro).

Payments are securely processed by Stripe, Inc. for debit/credit cards and by PayPal (Europe) for PayPal payments.

We do not charge extra fees for any of the above payment methods.
